What's up guys I want to talk to you guys about the weight loss journey I've been on for the past month I've been doing a slimfast diet or just run fast equipment like I'm not trying to pay for slimfast money like it's stupid expensive but I have like the you quit the Walmart version of slim fast value but I've been doing it for well over a month now I've lost 20 pounds so far I started at 281 and I went down to 261 um but that fluctuated a little bit like basically based on what time of the day is you know how that is I'm sure a lot of this is like what a weight I would say but but you know like losses lost and like at least like I'm not like like I'm like no matter what's going on I'm not seeing like some tremendous weight gain or something like that basically at this point I want to break past this barrier because that's one of the things that's horrible DICE's like you hit like this this wall at some point where you're not actively losing weight and you got to work harder or adjust or stuff like that keep going there's more about just like don't lose the faith if you're not seeing changes from week to week like you may be actually having changes in your body but it's not equating weight so you got to stay strong in that regard what what I've been doing is basically and it took me a while to figure out like how I was going to do this um Monday Monday through Friday I've been doing the diet as it says basically I'm I wake up I have a shake in the morning and my schedule is weird so I'm gonna tell you my schedule and of course you will have to adjust accordingly but um this is my schedule because I I work weird hours um I wake up around 10 o'clock in the morning like so like 10:30 or something like that I end up drinking a shake then around 1:30 2 o'clock I will have my snack what I've been for the most part without me eating on his own these tasty cake like chocolate chip bars like I wanted the real mo policeman bars they're like some fast mix of whatever but they didn't have any nice though I've got something that at least looks like an in it like this small not not having anything I was eating one for a while but I started to eat too just because I realized that like I was getting like dumb hungry it's like before dinnertime because I was eating so little so and then that actually I'm gonna try to amend it where I was eating to like during this timeframe doing 132 o'clock I'm gonna try to eat one then and then another one two hours from them just to sort of like help help me get through the day I won't be thinking about cravings and stuff like that so then I do that then around 6:30 or 7 o'clock I would eat a couple of small bags of poo snacks like the the Welch's like mixed fruit crew snacks and you know the pouches I don't want you get in the store they're not that big and they're you know they're not hiding anything really so that's what I would eat and then my dinner time for me is around 9:00 9:30 but then I'll eat things like I eat like rice and big chicken big pork chops like like stuffing stuff like that like a lot a lot of big meat and like get like those rice size or the pasta sides at home you get them at pretty much any store at this point but that's what um that's what I've been doing and for me like I I end up walking a lot more than most people that's where most of my exercise is coming from like for me like I take like 20 to 25 thousand steps daily while I'm working and that's like legitimate steps and um like I'm constantly moving it out and then I'm moving boxes and stuff I'm a courier so I get a lot of active movement from there but obviously if you don't have a job like that you know get up walk around like it's important to get at least a half an hour of exercise a day I feel like if you get that along with eating correctly you you will lose the way to and of course I got like I said up hitting the wall recently like in the past couple of weeks where it's just I keep staying at the same weight but positive is I haven't been gained anything like like I could like I don't I don't always eat per we've like every now and then I'll sneak a little something but then I always try to either I work at all or like I amend my eating for the day it's a sort of like balance things out I got basically been averaging about 1,500 to 1,600 calories a day um Saturday is my cheat day like I eat what I want I still don't go crazy like honestly even though I'm a big dude but just assume they're like oh that's all we do is eat all day or we consume massive amounts of food I really don't like even before they died I don't but but Saturday is when it's like oh I'll get pizza or I'll get some McDonald's or you know something like that like that's that's what I mean by cheese day and the other day of the week I don't eat stuff like that on Sunday I eat a pretty sensible dinner I was doing water fasts on Sunday which is like the way I was doing it was once I was done eating dinner on Saturday and I Eve dinner on Saturday like pretty early because I'm eating McDonald's a lot is the filming so I don't so I don't need to eat anything else the rest of the day so like let's say I was done eating by five o'clock Saturday I was fasting from five o'clock Saturday the public on Sunday and then I would have a snack and then I would have dinner later but I don't know that was really like helping me like the first week I mean yeah the first week I was doing it like oh my god like I was dizzy and everything and I was like I don't know if I can make it through this but but um but after that it became pretty simple you get your hunger cravings and crating and stuff like that I just stopped doing it mainly because I felt like I wasn't kind of suffering but it wasn't really seeing a change maybe there was change I was coming with it internally and I just wasn't actually seeing it but but I stopped doing it um but that's mainly what I've been doing I have like other snacks I'm gonna try to amend I also sneak in some water throughout the day you got to keep drinking drinking that water have a bunch of water in the household like you know like after I drink them a meal mush replacement shake I drink water I drink water off while I'm on the road there's also these the alkaline booster pills that I take like you'll see them got him from Amazon like this they have like raw fruits and vegetables and stuff like that you like just to get like nutrients and stuff I know I need cuz like I still I don't eat fruits and vegetables the way I should so like I just try to find different ways to get like the nutrients that I need and also there's a lot there's a lot of different ingredients that I need in the meal replacement shakes though that helps um little drawbacks just like you can feel gassy like I don't feel it unless it's like the middle of the day like that's that's when I feel it like not like not when I wake up not after dinnertime or anything like that it's normally just sort of in the middle of the day like nothing crazy but sometimes you may feel like you need to go like in the middle of the day that's not that difficult for most people well for me I'm on the road like I work like all through the middle of the day so difficult to be like okay cool I'm just gonna run off to the bathroom or something like that like that I'm like I have like I'm in a time crunch and stuff like that but generally like even if I feel it like it's not like this immediate thing was like oh my god I need to go like it's not like that so like I could hold off for a little while or like get it done when I need to get it done not to be gross but that's something that even I was worried about like I heard about how like the smoke past died to make me feel gassy make you go to the bathroom or not it doesn't make me go that much more than and what I normally do but I do feel the change and it's I'm more regular these days thanks to what I'm doing the way I'm eating what other than that that's basically what I've been doing like you know you caught me eat try different types of foods like that you feel comfortable with what this for snacks ordered dinner and stuff like that but the key thing is to just stick with it even if you hit that wall don't be you know don't get discouraged try not to weigh yourself too much I've been doing it like weekly just to maintain my progress but I probably shouldn't like I feel more comfortable weigh myself every month as opposed to every week because then you start feeling a discouragement where it's like how did I go up two pounds or you know like stuff like that and of course like your weight fluctuates like when you weight when you go to sleep stuff like that so you got a gotta pay attention to stuff like that but that's how I lost 20 pounds so far like not conceived in my stomach just clearly like that's bloat in my stomach and I can almost fit these pair of jeans like this is when I know like I've definitely lost weight and there's been one time in the past I've been able to wear them like it sounds gonna sound weird but I bought these pair of jeans like it's the first time that I bought like a pair of jeans that like for me was expensive was like fifty sixty dollars and like I don't spend a lot that much on jeans like I just don't like I don't see the point like most of jeans look the same and if there's something telling you like oh this is the high price brand most of the time like I don't spend a lot of time tucking in my shirt so you can't even see that so I was like why would I spend a lot of money but I thought these jeans are really cool like I didn't try them on or anything this is size 40 so like like for me that was even like that you know that for me at the time like that was even bigger bigger than I needed like now I could wear like a 38 some things in 36 right now currently um but I I couldn't fit him it was way too tight the way these jeans are made I feel like they're made for like 36 or 30 for my kids it's crazy how tight these things on earth but like I try not just out of curiosity I try don't actually I could have button it if I tried a little harder but my thing is like I wanted to just be like out put it on click you could just be like that like that's when I feel like yes I can wear the jeans not feel comfortable with them but the fact that it's basically almost there like even two months ago I could not have said that doesn't know how there's no way like yeah I was trying to pull it up my arms would've been hurtin immediately so like there clearly are changes happening and I just want to keep progressing I feel better like I sleep better I have more energy my body generally isn't in pain too much but there are some nagging injuries I'm always gonna have like as a courier I've been doing this for a while and now like I'm pushing in on 20 years old and you know like I do a lot of hopping in and out of trucks and moving around lifting things and stuff like that so it's like I feel the pain in my joints and stuff like that but it doesn't affect me the way it used to except for my knees because my knees and my knees but but so far it's been going really well I'm gonna stick with it at least for a year and then I'll start like playing with Dave really I don't know if I need to change like people say like it's not something you just stick with but for me like I never ate that much during the day anyway just because like I said I'm a courier I move around a lot so that doesn't change things a lot I would the dinners that I eat now wordid dinners I was already eating and I don't really need breakfast in the morning so it's not it's not that big of a deal sometimes I miss it like the egg sandwiches I used to eat and stuff like that in the morning but not really a big deal and like it's quicker more to the point I have more time to do whatever when I wake up so so it all kinda ends up working out but that's how I lost 20 pounds in a month hopefully this helped some of you guys and um let me know if you're on your weight loss journeys or whatever just I was going little things that you do um but that's that's how I got where I'm at right now and hopefully I can keep progressing thanks for listening everyone but for now
