So if you're considering signing up for Jenny Craig I wanted to show you exactly what you get in your package okay so you're gonna get this box which is gonna have everything that doesn't have to be refrigerated in it and then you're gonna get a cooler which is going to have everything that needs to be frozen in it right your shakes there are a few holes that do not need to be refrigerated anything purple is desert top slashes snacks and then yellow is gonna be breakfast so these are the ones that you have at the end of your day green is going to be dinner or lunch your essential bars these are so good they also have two other flavors and lemon and peanut butter these are my favorite it's kind of like having a candy bar and it's a nice little feels like you're cheating but you're not they also send you dressing for your salads and they send you maple syrup if you have pancakes or french toast or waffles and again this one is really good too now let's check out the freezer meals and when you open it up you're gonna find all of your freezer meals breakfast lunch dinner and occasional desserts I have to tell you straight out the back get this more than one if you're able to do because this is my absolute favorite is the best thing in the world and the envelope that they send you it's gonna have a packing list it's gonna tell you all of the food that has to be in here it's a great and easy way to check everything off and make sure that you have everything that you need for your two weeks this is two weeks worth of food by the way and then I just separated everything its category so like I said the colors purple our dessert slash snacks yellow is breakfast and green is lunch and dinner they will also provide you with menus so you know what to eat on which days you do have to follow the days as they're listed but you don't have to go an order of days so if you want to jump around it's fine as long as you eat exactly what they're asking you to in the day in addition to your regular meals you can choose to get side dishes cheesy broccoli or green beans with garlic olive oil they do recommend that you swap these for salad for your lunch because they have the sauce so it's a little more calories and it will be instead of your salad with dressing there are also really easy directions on each package it's going to show you exactly how long to cook it every single package how long to let it stand if you have to stir it all of that it's on every package so you know exactly how long you're gonna move so let's talk about a couple of my favorites chicken Street tacos so good um a lot of these foods you can't even tell that you're eating a low-calorie meal honestly they're really really good this is another one of my favorites again tastes like something that I would have made for my family some of the ones that surprise to me the mac and cheese really really good not a huge American cheese person but I really really enjoy this one there's so many options I was actually not eating this before I started this and gradually added it back into my diet and it's been great I love everything these breakfast burritos I could eat every day really really good and of course if there's something that you like a little bit more than others you can work with your consultant and get those days extra ones of those days instead of getting different so many different options I'm on the rapid results plan so the meals might be a little bit different if you try different is really good to just tried this one yesterday for the first time it was really good and it kind of tastes like like I said like you're eating regular food it doesn't taste like you're on a diet is the portion control so what they tell you is to cook it in the package but then put it onto a plate so you can see exactly how much of everything you're supposed to be eating how much meat how many veggies how much starch all of that you can see it if you've constantly putting it on a plate and that way if you have to eat outside food you're gonna know exactly how much you're supposed to eat makes it just a little bit easier and this is what comes in a two week package everything you need for two weeks step-by-step menu you're thinking about trying out Jenny Craig I highly recommend it the food is really delicious it's so easy if you just follow step by step exactly how they tell you to eat on a daily basis you will lose weight like I did I am down about 11 pounds in nine weeks which is nice and steady I know with some plans they tell you that you're gonna lose 1015 pounds a week it's not easy to maintain I feel like this is so much easier to maintain because I'm losing it at a very slow pace and I feel good I don't feel like I'm starving I'm eating every two and a half to three hours there's either a snack or a fruit or something that you're putting into your mouth because they tell you that you have to have a certain amount of calories per day so it's awesome you do not have to exercise but if you choose to then you will lose weight even faster so this is what you get hope I helped you make your decision feel free to
